A Trusted And Effective Home Remedy for Tanning
2 tablespoons of curd (yogurt)
1 tablespoon of gram flour (Besana)
A pinch of turmeric (it is optional)
A few drops of lemon juice (it is optional)
Method:
In a bowl, mix the curd and gram flour. If you want you can add a pinch of turmeric and a few drops of lemon juice you can add for better results.
Mix the ingredients well to form a smooth paste. The consistency should be thick enough to stay on your skin .
Apply the mixture to the tanned areas of your skin like face, arms, legs, or any other tanned areas.
Apply the mixture for 20-30 min and then rinse off with lukewarm water.
After rinsing, pat your skin dry and apply a moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated.
